深潮 TechFlow 消息，12 月 11 日，据 The Block 报道，支付巨头 Stripe 通过收购加密货币初创公司 Valora 团队来扩展其加密货币业务。
Valora 创始人 Jackie Bona 周三宣布，团队将加入 Stripe “追求扩大全球金融系统准入的使命”。交易条款未披露，包括有多少 Valora 员工将加入 Stripe。
Valora 成立于 2021 年，开发了一款移动端自托管加密货币钱包应用，特别针对 CELO 区块链上的稳定币。据 Bona 表示，Stripe 的收购似乎不包括 Valora 技术的知识产权，该应用将"通过回归其在 cLabs 的原始家园继续存在"。
此前消息，Stripe 宣布稳定币支付功能将于 12 月 12 日上线，支持以太坊、Base 和 Polygon 网络。
