Am Abend des 24. Juni gab Knight Mining Machinery bekannt, dass sich die Gesamtinvestition in den Bau des Kupfer-Gold-Silber-Minenprojekts Alacran auf rund 420 Millionen US-Dollar beläuft und das Unternehmen plant, etwa 94,59 Millionen US-Dollar entsprechend dem Anteil der Aktien beizutragen. Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um ein Bergbau- und Aufbereitungsprojekt, die Mine wendet eine Tagebaumethode an und die Gesamtmenge an Erz in der geplanten Grenze beträgt 97,9 Millionen Tonnen.
