Oktober – Laut CNBC äußerte der CEO von Oracle (ORCL.N), Clay Magouyrk, dass er Vertrauen in OpenAI hat und glaubt, dass OpenAI in der Lage ist, die Kosten für die umfangreichen Cloud-Infrastrukturservices zu decken, die es verbraucht. Auf der Oracle AI World Conference, die am Montag stattfand, sagte Magouyrk in einem Interview: OpenAI kann “sicherlich” 60 Milliarden Dollar für den Kauf von Cloud-Ressourcen für ein Jahr bezahlen. Im Juli dieses Jahres hat OpenAI eine fünfjährige Vereinbarung mit Oracle über mehr als 300 Milliarden Dollar getroffen. Magouyrk sagte: “Schau dir ihre Wachstumsrate an, du weißt schon, fast eine Milliarde Benutzer. Das ist beispiellos.”
