März, hat die Ant Group die Übernahme der Hongkonger Stablecoin-Ideenaktien des Unternehmens Yao Cai Securities abgeschlossen; die Abwicklung erfolgte mit 2,814 Milliarden HKD für 50,55% der Anteile. Mit Abschluss der Transaktion wurde der Verwaltungsrat von Yao Cai Securities vollständig neu besetzt; die derzeitige Leiterin der Vorbereitungsgruppe für das internationale Geschäft des Ant-Group-Segments Ant Wealth, Zheng Yanlan, der derzeitige Senior-Vizepräsident der Ant Group, Huang Hao, der derzeitige Chief Financial Officer der Ant Group, Liu Zheng, sowie weitere wurden als geschäftsführende Direktoren ernannt.
