Gate will launch LayerEdge (EDGEN) spot trading on June 2, 2025, at 18:30 (UTC+8), supporting the EDGEN/USDT trading pair. EDGEN is a token based on the ERC-20 protocol, with a total supply of 1 billion.

LayerEdge is a project dedicated to creating the world’s first user-driven zero-knowledge verification layer. The project transforms ordinary devices into verification nodes through the edgenOS system, building a distributed verification network and establishing a Web3 verification infrastructure based on the security foundation of Bitcoin.
