Gate Layer Officially Launches Stargate Finance Cross-Chain Bridge, Fully Upgrading Ecosystem Interoperability

To further enhance the network connectivity and ecological synergy of Gate Layer, Gate Layer has officially launched the cross-chain bridge function and completed in-depth integration with the renowned cross-chain infrastructure Stargate Finance. This upgrade will inject efficient and secure cross-chain asset transfer capabilities into the ecosystem, propelling the Gate ecosystem into a new phase of multi-chain interconnection.


As a high-performance Web3 infrastructure, Gate Layer currently has over 100 million on-chain addresses and a cumulative transaction volume reaching tens of millions. The launch of the cross-chain bridge function will achieve three core improvements on this basis:

• Efficient Cross-Chain Asset Transfer: Provide users with a low-latency and high-security cross-chain transfer experience, ensuring convenient and controllable asset flow;
• Enhanced Network Interoperability: Open up connection channels between Gate Layer and multi-chain ecosystems, improving overall ecological connectivity;
• Empower DApp Multi-Chain Expansion: Significantly enhances the scalability and flexibility of DApps in multi-chain scenarios, helping developers expand application boundaries.

Core Function Description

• Supported Tokens: This launch initially supports cross-chain asset transfer for WETH and USDC.e (more supported tokens will be updated continuously);
• Cross-Chain Networks: The major target networks supported by cross-chain include Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, and OP Mainnet. For details, refer to the figure below;
  
  
• Gas-Free Exchange Function : After the launch of the cross-chain bridge function, users can conduct cross-chain asset exchanges via Gate Swap, covering asset types such as tokens launched on the platform, and enjoy the gas-free exchange function. The realization of this function is premised on the establishment of valid liquidity pools for corresponding assets on Gate Swap.
  
  
  The launch of this function is a key measure for Gate Layer to advance the construction of high-performance and open Web3 infrastructure. In the future, Gate Layer will continue to optimize cross-chain capabilities, expand the types of supported tokens and target networks, provide developers and users with a smoother multi-chain interaction experience, and contribute to the coordinated development of the Web3 ecosystem.
