Binance's Futures Listing Announcement for Two Altcoins: Prices are Soaring! - Coin Bulletin

The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced that it will list two new altcoins for futures trading.

According to the announcement made by Binance on Tuesday, May 6, the exchange will open margin perpetual futures contracts for B² Network (B2) and MilkyWay (MILK) with a maximum leverage of 50x Tether (USDT).

The B2USDT contract will be opened for trading at 16:30 TSİ, while the MILKUSDT contract will be opened at 16:45 TSİ. B² Network stands out as a next-generation Layer2 solution aimed at enhancing Bitcoin’s performance and scalability. MilkyWay is introduced as the first and largest liquid staking protocol designed for a modular ecosystem.

Binance stated that the funding rates will initially be between -2.00% and +2.00% and will be updated every 4 hours. However, it emphasized that changes may be made to the funding rates, maximum leverage ratio, and trading limits based on market conditions.

Binance also announced that it supports the Multi-Assets Mode feature of the relevant futures contracts. Through this feature, users will be able to trade contracts with different collateral assets such as Bitcoin. It was stated that these futures contracts will also be activated within 24 hours in Binance’s Futures Copy Trading system.

According to CoinGecko data, the announcement from Binance has reflected on the prices. B2 is trading at $0.79 with a 21% increase in the last 24 hours, while MILK is trading at $0.1401 with a 35% increase.
