FTX lawyers request to dismiss 3AC's claim, stating it is "illogical".

DailyNews

Odaily News FTX bankruptcy case lawyers have officially requested the court to dismiss the $1.53 billion claim made by Three Arrows Capital (3AC), arguing that the request “lacks logical basis.” The lawyers stated that the losses claimed by 3AC primarily stem from its own spot and margin trading operations and fund withdrawal activities on the FTX platform, for which FTX should not be held liable. According to the arrangements, 3AC must submit a response document by July 11, and a related hearing will be held on August 12. (The Block)
