Odaily News Nasdaq-listed TON treasury company Verb Technology Company announced plans to officially change its name from “Verb Technology Company, Inc.” to “TON Strategy Company” on September 2, and simultaneously change its Nasdaq stock code from “VERB” to “TONX”. After the market opens on September 2, trading will occur under the “TONX” code on the Nasdaq Capital Market. In addition, the company will launch a new corporate website in conjunction with the name change. (Businesswire)
