The global 6G wireless communication standardization work has started.

Jin10 reported on September 2 that from August 25 to 29, the first 6G Radio Access Network (RAN) working group meeting of 3GPP was held in Bangalore, India. This meeting marks the official launch of 3GPP's standardization research on 6G Radio Access Networks, with 19 relevant proposals submitted by 17 leading global technology companies, moving 6G from the “concept exploration” phase to the substantive stage of “technical breakthroughs.”
