Pump Fun Launchpad Hits $1B Volume As Memecoins Gain Momentum

The memecoin market capitalization grew by 9.55% in the past 30 days, reaching $83.67 billion on September 14, 2025. However, as of writing, the cap was $76.61 billion, and trading volume is $8.53 billion.

Following the shift in the memecoin category, the Solana-based memecoin launchpad PumpFun has recorded over $1 billion in intraday trading volume on September 15

According to the data from Jup(dot)ag, Pump Fun marked a total volume of $942 million on September 14, Sunday, with a new volume of $573 million, yet on Monday, the new volume was $647 million, with total volume reaching $1.02 billion.

At press time, the Pump token is exchanging hands at $0.008078 with a loss of nearly 0.80% in the past 24 hours, yet in a week, it marked an uptick of 71.61% and grew around 138% in the past 30 days.

As per SolScan data, there are 92,501 holders of Pump token, its market capitalization is $8,120,712,701, and as of September 15, 2025, total trades were 425,292 with $114.32 million in sell volume and $122.17 million in buy volume.

Pump(dot)Fun TVL spiking to new heights

Data from DefiLlama notes that the TVL of Pump is now $319.71 million as of writing, yet the total value locked on the first day of this month was $254.08 million.

However, the TVL on August 01, 2025, was $194.49 million, which reached $260.66 million by August 31. As per experts, the growth pace of total value locked is impressive and is expected to top $500 million very soon

Including TVL, the fees of Pump(dot)Fun have also grown in the current month till writing, the fees collected are $73.53 million, and in the last month, the fees were $70.57 million

On the other hand, in just 16 days of September 2025, Pump has made $33.03 million in revenue; the revenue in August was $46 million

However, the fees in the third quarter are still below $200 million at $179.67 million, yet the fees in Q2 were $211.89 million, and in Q1, it was $263.15 million.

Since the beginning of this year till September, January marked the highest fees collection of $131.12 million, with May collecting $78.37 million.

The annualized fees of Pump(dot)Fun are $1.356 billion. In the past 30 days, the fees are $111.15 million, the fees in the past 7 days are $42.05 million, and intraday fee collection is $8.52 million.
