GOAT Foundation established, $GOATED Token details announced

According to Mars Finance, the official announcement states that the GOAT Foundation has been officially established. In the future, it will provide long-term support for the GOAT Network in areas such as resource allocation, infrastructure operation, research and development investment, and developer incentives to promote continuous innovation within the Bitcoin ecosystem. The GOAT Network is the first Bitcoin-native zkRollup, which constructs a sustainable revenue model through Gas fees, MEV, and Miner rewards, avoiding reliance on inflationary tokens. The Foundation will act as a coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of ZK proof verification and role rotation mechanisms, making revenue distribution transparent and balanced. The upcoming native token $GOATED has a total supply of 1 billion, of which 39.42% is allocated for mining pool rewards (covering incentives for multiple roles such as Sequencer, Prover, Challenger, etc.), 7% for airdrops, 15% for treasury support for ecosystem incentives and liquidity, with the remainder distributed to the team, advisors, and early investors. On the day of TGE, 10.43% will be unlocked to ensure initial liquidity for the ecosystem, while the rest will follow a cliff + linear unlocking schedule to ensure long-term stability. As the core credential of the network, $GOATED can be used for staking to enhance rewards, incentivize developers and users, strengthen node ranking rights, and grant holders governance rights, becoming a key driving force in the GOAT Network ecosystem.
