Fifteen minutes ago, the address transferred 4.943 million ASTER to Binance, worth 10.184 million USD; Arkham noted that this Binance deposit address is linked to EOS founder BM, who transferred 10 USDT to this address a year ago, but this transaction alone is not enough to determine the actual vesting of the address.
