This transaction is part of Strategy's long-term Bitcoin accumulation strategy, providing a yield of 26% since the beginning of 2025. The company continues to leverage convertible debt and issue shares to expand its BTC reserves. Immediately after the announcement, the price of Bitcoin rose by 4%, reflecting Saylor's strong influence on market sentiment and the trend of adopting BTC in businesses.
