Jin10 Data reported on November 3rd that Pony.ai (02026.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the final offer price for the international offering and the public offering in Hong Kong has been set at HK$139.00 per share. When determining the offer price, the company considered several factors, including the closing price of American Depositary Shares on NASDAQ on October 31, 2025 (the last trading day before this announcement date). Subject to approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Class A ordinary shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on November 6, 2025.
