YouTube will strengthen enforcement of gambling and violent gaming content starting November 17, involving digital goods and NFT.

MarsBitNews

According to Mars Finance, the YouTube support page shows that the platform will expand its enforcement scope on “online gambling” related content starting from November 17, including digital items with monetary value (such as game skins, props, NFTs); content related to “social casinos” will be uniformly restricted to 18+; there will be new age restrictions on game content that features realistic characters and prominently and continuously displays torture or large-scale violence against non-combatants. Previously uploaded content that violated these regulations before the specified date may be removed or age-restricted, but these will not count as warnings.
