Phantom Wallet focuses on the Solana ecosystem, with no plans for an IPO or creating its own blockchain.

In the Empire podcast, Phantom Wallet CEO – Brandon Millman stated that the company has no plans to create its own blockchain or conduct an IPO. Instead, Phantom focuses on developing within the Solana ecosystem and improving user-oriented products. Millman emphasized that the company's goal is to innovate and simplify the Web3 experience, rather than pivoting towards infrastructure development or the public market.

Although Phantom has the potential to go public in the future, it is not a priority at the moment. The company will continue to expand through private investment rounds with the support of major funds such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Paradigm, and Sequoia Capital, to ensure sustainable growth and maintain a focus on the user community.
