MicroBit Capital announces a donation of $100,000 to support the fire rescue efforts in Tai Po, Hong Kong.

PANews, November 27th news, Hong Kong MicroBit Asset Management Limited (MicroBit or 小飞资产) announced an emergency donation of 100,000 USD (approximately 780,000 HKD) to the Hong Kong Youth Student Power Fund, fully supporting the disaster-affected community in Tai Po, Hong Kong. MicroBit representative Feng Jingting stated: “The tragic situation of the Tai Po fire deeply affects every Hong Kong citizen. As a financial institution rooted in Hong Kong, we hope that this donation can bring real-time and substantial help to the community, assist affected families in overcoming difficulties, and pay tribute to the brave firefighters and rescue personnel on the front lines. We firmly believe that the development of technology and finance should ultimately serve society, and MicroBit will continue to support such public welfare initiatives and fulfill its corporate social responsibility.” The Hong Kong Youth Students Power Fund has innovatively opened dual channels for “bank fiat transfers” and “virtual asset donations” to connect the power of traditional philanthropists with the Web3 community. All donations raised from this fundraising campaign will be fully donated to community residents and frontline personnel affected by the fire.
