BlockBeats news, on December 3, according to on-chain analyst Yujin’s monitoring, the PENGU project token deployment address transfers about $3 million worth of PENGU to multiple CEXs every few days. The most recent transfer was in the early hours of today. Since mid-July until now, they have transferred a total of 3,881,100,000 PENGU ($108 million). This time period also coincides with PENGU’s price dropping from the second wave high of $0.04 to the current $0.01.
