ChainCatcher News, PancakeSwap announces the launch and incubation of a cross-chain prediction market platform Probable. The project is jointly supported by PancakeSwap and YZi Labs and will be exclusively deployed on BNB Chain. According to reports, Probable is positioned as a user-centric on-chain prediction platform, emphasizing zero fees, full on-chain settlement, and a simplified user experience. Initially, the platform will not charge prediction fees, leveraging BNB Chain’s low-cost and high-performance infrastructure to support users in predicting trends of cryptocurrencies, global events, sporting events, and some regional niche markets. Mechanically, Probable adopts UMA’s Optimistic Oracle as the event arbitration tool, implementing result verification through dispute-based validation to enhance transparency and censorship resistance of the prediction market. Additionally, users can fund their accounts with any tokens, which will be automatically exchanged for USDT on BNB Chain to participate in predictions, lowering operational barriers. PancakeSwap stated that Probable is an independent project, with its team advancing product deployment and ecosystem expansion under the support of PancakeSwap and YZi Labs. The prediction market is expected to launch officially soon.
