BlockBeats News, December 17 — Ethereum treasury company ETHZilla Corporation has published a letter from the Chairman to shareholders, reviewing the strategic execution progress since the company’s founding five months ago and outlining development plans for 2026 and beyond. ETHZilla stated that from its inception, the company positioned itself as an infrastructure provider connecting traditional finance and DeFi. Its core strategies include continuously accumulating Ethereum (ETH) and generating returns through prudent deployment, as well as building operational businesses that bring real-world assets (RWA) on-chain and tokenize them. Regarding recent developments, ETHZilla disclosed that it has established the foundational capabilities needed for RWA tokenization. In October, the company announced a partnership with Liquidity.io. This company is a regulated broker-dealer and one of the few digital alternative trading systems (ATS) registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). ETHZilla also holds equity in its parent company. Through this partnership, ETHZilla will gain exclusive access to the compliant trading platform, with plans to issue tokenized assets on Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) networks, making them compliant, tradable products with liquidity in both primary and secondary markets.
