Gate announces the adjustment of lending functions for certain tokens. Starting from 16:00(UTC+8) on January 6, 2026, the platform will disable the new lending functions for 15 tokens including 1CAT, BARSIK, BEER, CATS, FRED, IDV, MONG, MONKY, OCT, SLIM, SMILE, STARHEROES, STARL, ASI, IRIS in unified account spot leverage, collateral lending, and isolated margin.
For users holding loans on the above tokens that have not been repaid, Gate requires repayment before 16:00(UTC+8) on January 7, 2026. Unsettled loans will be automatically settled by the system at that time. This adjustment does not affect the normal use of spot trading functions.
