Taiwanese rapper and crypto personality “Brother Maji” Huang Licheng has been actively trading cryptocurrencies in recent years. However, in the past few months, he has repeatedly hit major losses and been liquidated multiple times. According to statistics, since October last year, Huang Licheng has invested approximately 13.16 million USD into Hyperliquid, but nearly every transaction has ended in a loss. His account now holds only about 53,000 USD. This tumultuous trading history has earned him the nickname “Liquidation King.”
Huang Licheng is known for his aggressive leverage trading, frequently using 25x leverage to go long on Ethereum and Hyperliquid’s native token HYPE. He has repeatedly cycled through “adding to positions > liquidation > re-investment,” suffering setbacks at every turn. He once set a record with 71 forced liquidations in a single month, and the total number of liquidations has now reached 252.
On-chain data shows that Huang Licheng transferred in $250,000 USDC just this past Monday. However, his long positions in Ethereum and HYPE were liquidated again last night (the 3rd), leaving his account with only about 53,000 USD. This is a drop of over 99% from the peak of approximately 50.39 million USD in September last year.
Currently, Huang Licheng’s leveraged positions include 80 ETH (worth about 180,000 USD), with an opening price of $2,345.10 and a liquidation price of $2,261.90; and 16,000 HYPE tokens (worth about 540,000 USD), with an opening price of $34.739 and a liquidation price of $33.347.
