List of token unlocking projects this week: only GLMR, APT, IMX three projects

This week has been a rather tedious week for unlocking items. Only three projects will be unlocked this week: GLMR, APT, and IMX. There is no noteworthy large unlock in the market.

MoonBeam is the EVM network of the Polkadot ecosystem. From this time alone, the amount unlocked this time only accounts for 0.44% of the total circulation. It is difficult for this unlocking to have any predictable impact on this project with a circulation market value of over 100 million.

From the perspective of the overall unlocking progress, GLMR has started to unlock small amounts steadily and slowly. Unlocking of the same scale is more common, and this unlocking is not worthy of too much attention from investors within the predictable range.

Aptos is one of the duo of the Move public chain that has received much attention in the past period of time. This new Layer 1 supported by Facebook background and technology has attracted the attention of big capital. The chain aims to provide users with a next-generation PoS public chain with good performance and higher TPS, so as to support the popularization of blockchain in the application layer and welcome billions of users to the encrypted world.

Among the tokens unlocked this week, APT is the most notable one. Its unlocked amount accounts for 2.07% of the total circulation. Although this figure is still not a significantly large amount, it is already the largest amount of unlocked tokens this week.

Currently, a whopping 83% of tokens are still locked and only 17% are in circulation, according to APT Tokenomics.

Immutable X claims to be Ethereum’s first ZK-rollup layer 2 protocol for trading and transferring NFTs, with instant transaction confirmation, zero gas fees, and huge scalability as it can accommodate 9,000 transactions per second. Immutable X does all of this without compromising user ownership. The protocol was built by the Starkware team using StarEx technology.

IMX’s unlocking this time is quite impressive, and it has reached a certain scale only in terms of the amount. The unlocked amount is worth nearly 13 million US dollars, accounting for nearly 2% of the circulating market value. But this unlocking situation often happens.

From the perspective of the release model, this unlock is not too special. Unlocks of similar size or magnitude are happening every month. And in the future, there will be no larger-scale unlocking that is different in magnitude from this type of regular unlocking. Investors have sufficient historical data for reference.
