Mantle will start launching cmETH and COOK on July 1st.

On June 26th, Mantle announced that cmETH and COOK will be launched on July 1, 2024. With the passing of MIP-30, cmETH will become the new Liquidity Reserved Token (LRT), and COOK will be introduced as the new governance token for Mantle LSP. The first season will start on July 1st and last for 100 days. Mantle indicates that users can aggregate mETH on the collaboration agreement to obtain Powder and prepare for future upgrade to cmETH. Powder can be converted to COOK. Users holding mETH will automatically index existing positions at the start of Mantle LSP’s Methamorphosis. In addition, locking MNT can obtain future COOK rewards.
