The world's advanced Singapore 12-inch plant will start construction, and the legal person estimates that it will start contributing profits in 2029.

On July 24th, Jin10 Data reported that World Advanced Technology will start construction of its 12-inch plant in Singapore in the second half of this year. Market insiders estimate that the trial production of World Advanced Technology’s 12-inch plant will begin in 2027, but more than half of its production capacity has already secured orders. It is estimated that the plant will break even in 2028 and start contributing profits in 2029. World Advanced Technology previously expected the new plant to begin moving in equipment at the end of 2026, with small-scale production starting in 2027. The estimated monthly production capacity in 2027 is about 10,000 pieces, 30,000 pieces in 2028, and 55,000 pieces in a single month in 2029. Currently, more than 50% of the capacity has received long-term commitments from customers.
