Survey: Most scholars in the Quantum Computing field believe that the progress of Quantum Computing is faster than expected.

According to a recent survey conducted by QuEra, 74.9% of the 927 respondents who are associated with the field of Quantum Computing (including researchers, executives, media, enthusiasts, etc.) expect Quantum Computing to become a better alternative to traditional computing for certain workloads in the next 10 years. When asked about the pace of development in the Quantum Computing field, over half of the respondents said it is faster than they expected or much faster than they expected. In the academic community, this number rises to 55%.
