Morgan Stanley: Raise Kingsoft's target price to HK$32, raise earnings forecast

According to the Morgan Stanley research report on November 7th, after raising the game revenue rise forecast for Kingsoft (03888.HK) to 28% this year, the group’s revenue forecast for 2021 to 2026 was raised by 0.6% to 2.2% to reflect its recent forecast for Kingsoft Office and strong performance in the gaming business. The target price has been raised from HK$28 to HK$32 accordingly, with a rating of ‘hold’.
