Golden Ten Data reported on November 12 that as of November 11, a total of 219 A-share listed companies disclosed cash dividend plans (plans) for the third quarter, with a total cash dividend (including the amount of implemented dividends and proposed dividends) of 31.179 billion yuan. Judging from the progress of the Dividend plan, 18 companies have implemented the plan, 15 companies have approved the plan by the general meeting of shareholders, and the rest are at the stage of the board of directors’ plan. Compared with previous years, the increase in the number and frequency of dividends of listed companies is a new change in the A-share market this year. In the third quarter, the number of A-share listed companies that have disclosed cash dividend plans (plans) so far has reached a new high in recent years. In this regard, Zhang Xinyuan, head of the research department of the Kefangde think tank, told reporters that this phenomenon reflects the improvement of the return awareness of listed company investors, and also reflects the importance of listed companies to the interests of shareholders. At the same time, it also means that the Capital Market is gradually maturing. “This is a positive change that will help improve the stability of the market and enhance investor confidence.”
