Will LayerZero (ZRO), which has retreated from an important resistance level amid the decline in Bitcoin, enter a consolidation phase?

The price of Bitcoin has lost over 5% in the last 24 hours. Bitcoin, which dropped to 92 thousand dollars, led to money outflows in many altcoins. Altcoins, which have been rising for the past few weeks, faced potential selling pressure.

Despite the increasing number of users and investor interest, the LayerZero interoperability protocol between chains has experienced a decline. ZRO, which lost value due to the negative market conditions, was rejected at a critical resistance point of $4.5.

AMBCrypto evaluated the processes ahead of ZRO.

LayerZero (ZRO) analysis

According to AMBCrypto’s analysis, LayerZero (ZRO) has successfully crossed above the 20-day and 50-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMA). This increase indicates the potential rally of ZRO.

Analiz believes that in order for ZRO to continue its upward trend, it needs to close above the long-term trend resistance point.

The falling wedge formation on the daily chart of ZRO has been left behind with a potential breakthrough. ZRO has achieved nearly 50% increase in 20 days with the bounce from the support level at 3 dollars. The popular altcoin touched the resistance point between 4.5 dollars and 4.7 dollars, but could not overcome that level.

Analysis suggested that ZRO would consolidate at current levels if the altcoin season did not start. The consolidation phase, considered as an accumulation zone, will occur between $3.76 and $4.24. On the other hand, if ZRO loses $4.24, it may pull back to an important support level of $3.76.

AMBCrypto, which claims that ZRO is at an important stage, recorded the following;

If bulls manage to maintain momentum and close above the current resistance area, the ZRO rally could extend to the psychological resistance level at $5. However, failure to close above this range could lead to a consolidation phase or a short-term pullback towards the $4 support.
