After a month since the BAS (BNB Attestation Service) was launched on the first community Hackerthon ‘Make BNB Greater’ by DoraHacks, it has initiated a community on-chain secondary voting activity. The voting results will determine the allocation of the subsequent Hackerthon prize pool.
At the same time, the second quadratic voting has been integrated with the proof API of BAS, so that every on-chain vote by community members will generate a proof as a voting credential. This vote is the largest-scale on-chain governance activity in the recent BNB ecosystem, and also the first time that the second quadratic voting based on BNBChain has integrated with the proof service.
The ‘Make BNB Greater’ hackathon was initiated by BAS, sponsors and supporters include BNBChain, UXUY, Open Social, zkPass, Cellula, Zypher Network, SpaceID, PADO Labs and FLAP, with a total prize pool of $50,000. Currently, project submissions and voting for the hackathon are still ongoing until December 15th (11:59 PM UTC).
