The Fuel cryptocurrency project announced that the local token FUEL will be released in the next two weeks. The initial supply will be a total of 10 billion tokens.

Fuel committed to allocating 20% of the initial supply (2 billion tokens) to the community. These tokens will be fully unlocked at launch and distributed according to various eligibility criteria, including participation in the Fuel Points Program and incentivized test network.

Contributors (24%): The tokens of the core contributors to the project will be released linearly over 48 months, while there will be a 24-month linear release for past and current contributors.

Buyers (2020-2022): Tokens purchased during this period will be unlocked linearly for 24 months.
