Jinshi data news on March 4th, Zhenyu Technology recently stated during a survey that the company has built a semi-automatic production line for planetary rolling screw rods and put it into mass production. The daily production capacity has expanded to 50trap. The self-built screw rod comprehensive test laboratory has been put into use, which can independently complete the testing and verification of key parameters such as screw rod lead accuracy, transmission efficiency, and running-in life to meet the market’s demand. The company has also begun to build a second semi-automatic production line and is expected to be put into use in Q1 2025. Based on the high requirements of industry customers for the consistency of screw components’ precision, the company also plans to build a fully automatic screw rod production line integrating processing, online testing, and assembly within the year, further improving the consistency and stability of mass production from 1-N.
