Odaily Planet Daily News Stablecoin issuer Circle has announced the release of its upgraded Cross-Chain Interaction protocol CCTP V2, reducing transaction time from 13-19 minutes to a few seconds. The new version includes a fast transfer feature for near-instant transfers, as well as automatic operations for asset swap or fund management on the receiving blockchain, known as “Hooks”. The upgraded protocol is now live on ETH, Avalanche, and Base, with plans for more integrations later this year. (Coindesk)
