Alibaba Launches HappyHorse AI Video Generation Model, Opens Testing April 27

Gate News message, April 20 — Alibaba announced that HappyHorse-1.0, its AI video generation model, will gradually open API testing through the Alibaba Cloud Bailian platform starting April 27, with enterprise-level customers invited to participate in the initial phase.

Following the April testing period, HappyHorse-1.0 will officially launch for commercial use in May. The model is being developed by Alibaba’s ATH Innovation Division, in collaboration with multiple internal teams including Alibaba Platform Technology, Tongyi Lab, and Taotian Technology.

Alibaba has invested significant resources in AI video generation technology over the years, positioning HappyHorse as a key product in this emerging segment.
