Biswas, co-founder of the now-defunct hyperlocal delivery service Dunzo, launched M after leaving Flipkart in October 2025. The startup is building AI tools to automate household tasks, including travel bookings and restaurant reservations, leveraging software-based solutions rather than physical logistics operations.
