Gate News message, April 17 — Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that no concrete initiatives for resolving the Ukraine issue have been presented so far, during a joint press conference with CIS Secretary General Lebedev following the CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting today, according to CCTV News.

Lavrov and Lebedev held the press conference after the conclusion of the Commonwealth of Independent States diplomatic forum.
