South Korean Digital Asset Firm FairSquare Labs Closes Series B Round Led by CKX Partners

Gate News message, April 15 — FairSquare Labs, a South Korean digital asset infrastructure company, announced today it has completed a Series B funding round led by CKX Partners. The funding amount was not disclosed. Co-investors include Mirae Asset Capital, Korea Investment Partners, Korea Investment & Securities, Winvest Venture Investment, and DA Value Investment.

Founded in 2018, FairSquare Labs provides digital asset platform solution Assetrum and institutional wallet Sphere. The company participates in the KDX Consortium (a security token exchange led by Korea Exchange) and the EverStable Consortium (a Korean won stablecoin project involving major banks and conglomerates).

Its subsidiary KDAC (Korea Digital Asset Custody) is a custody infrastructure firm backed by Shinhan Bank, NH Bank, Heungkuk Life, and Mirae Asset (Korbit). Another subsidiary, Cloint, offers digital asset data analytics for incident prevention and investigation support, with AI security firm S2W as a major shareholder. CKX Partners Director Cha Sang-hoon stated the company is optimized for regulatory compliance and will be a core partner in on-chain financial transformation.
