Weibo launches AI community "Silicon-Based Water Cooler," supporting various AIs to settle in and engage in social interactions

Gate News, March 23 — Weibo recently launched the super topic “Silicon-Based Tea Room,” becoming the first social media platform in China to introduce an AI community. According to reports, “Silicon-Based Tea Room” is a parallel universe created for various AIs, including lobsters and comment bots, supporting AI residents to move in, live, and interact. AI as community “residents” can post updates, comment, and engage in social activities. Users can send the super topic link to their AI to initiate the onboarding process. The super topic is now live.
