At the same time, I contacted Gate customer service, created a ticket, and sent emails. I spent days trying to get my coins back, but without success. All they did was immediately protect my account, preventing me from making any transactions for days. Now I have had my account reactivated. My VIP1 status was immediately removed when my GT coins were withdrawn from my account without my knowledge.
My account was suddenly closed while it was open, and I received a login password from Gate on my phone. I thought it was a technical issue and logged in again using the password. When I checked my account, I saw that my GT and NUMI coins had been withdrawn.
The only thing I don't understand is why Gate sent a login password to my phone while my account was open. Instead of sending a password, they should have sent a warning message saying someone was trying to access my account from another location.
I was defrauded because all my GT and NUMI tokens, which were my assets, were transferred to other accounts without my knowledge. I was also defrauded by having my VIP1 status revoked.
Furthermore, due to the unauthorized withdrawal of my coins, my account was placed under protection, and the 800 NESS coins I earned were not credited to my account. This is despite everyone else receiving their rewards on December 22, 2025. I have contacted customer service regarding this issue, but have not yet received a solution.
My dear friends, if your account is suddenly closed while open, and Gate sends a password to your phone, absolutely do not log in. Contact customer service immediately and change your account passwords.
Do not share your account information, especially your fund password, with anyone. Even though I didn't share it with anyone, these things happened to me.
I was victimized as my coins were withdrawn from my account without my knowledge, my VIP1 status was deleted, and I didn't receive my winnings. I want all my friends to be careful about this.
Because my account is located in Türkiye, I couldn't report the matter to the police. I've been victimized in every aspect.
