In the short term, I identify two possible scenarios for Lighter based on the current price structure.
Price Structure
The price has been developing the following structures:
1. Symmetrical triangle 2. Lower range descending channel 3. Higher range descending channel 4. Possible double bottom in the support zone
All these formations are interpreted as bullish continuation structures, not distribution patterns.
Scenario 1: Bullish Resolution
The symmetrical triangle continues to compress the price, increasing the likelihood of a directional move. A clear breakout above the top of the triangle should lead to a bullish expansion, with targets in the previously marked upper resistance zones.
Additionally, as long as the price respects the lower part of the lower range descending channel, it will act as dynamic support, reinforcing the validity of the bullish scenario. This would be the most constructive scenario in the short term.
Scenario 2: Sweep of the lower support
If the price loses the symmetrical triangle structure, the most probable move would be a liquidity hunt toward the lower part of the higher range descending channel. This lower zone of the larger channel converges with previous areas of interest.
Furthermore, it coincides with the possible formation of a double bottom and the lower dynamic support of the descending channel. This scenario does not invalidate the overall bullish structure but would imply a deeper correction before a new attempt to continue upward.
