“Why should we hire you instead of other candidates?” I would say: I don't believe I am the smartest person in the group. But I know I am one of the most reliable. Skills can be trained. Experience can be gained. The hardest thing to teach is a sense of responsibility. If something bears my name, it gets done right. We are not only looking for talent but also responsibility. That is what I bring to the table.
