Employees want job security beyond a few months, banks won’t want to be giving out loans like they have if turnover goes nuts and employers will want to retain top tier talent for long enough to actually get things done. X salary for X years w X guaranteed type of jobs. Could even see highest level ppl in a given field having agents to negotiate contracts lmao.
