The whale previously borrowed $45M USDT to buy back $stETH and withdrew 32,395 ETH (~$103.75M) from Binance.
Most likely, this ETH will: ➡️ be stored in Aave
➡️ be used as collateral to borrow USDT again
➡️ then be used to purchase additional stETH
