What do you do when you wake up in the middle of the night?
It’s very tempting to grab your phone right away when this happens, but it’s much better to NOT do that.
Instead, try to experience what thoughts come to mind. Take your time.
Second tip, if you open your eyes and you feel they automatically/slowly close again, you’re not fully awake so definitely don’t try to truly wake up and start the day. Just lay in bed and go back to sleep again after taking a moment to let your thoughts flow freely.
Sometimes the best thoughts and ideas come at night. They usually provide you with valuable info
