The DAO is currently discussing a single funding request that exceeds the total amount paid to all other service providers. Before token holders vote on any service provider's budget, they have the right to know what return they get for every dollar spent. Each service provider should publish a report like this. The development team of Across Protocol, Risk Labs, proposes to dissolve the existing DAO structure and transform into a C Corporation in the United States to enhance collaboration with institutional partners. Fluid is discussing a governance proposal put forward by Instadapp's CO DMH, which plans to transfer all intellectual property rights of the protocol to a non-profit foundation in the Cayman Islands and apply for a monthly grant of $250,000 to support operations.
