Bitwise Asset Management宣布將在紐約證券交易所推出XRP現貨ETF。該基金將於周四開始交易，證券代碼爲XRP，管理費爲0.34%，首月對前5億美元資產免收管理費。
Matt Hougan，Bitwise的投資總監表示：“XRP是一種非常有趣的資產。它在長時間內有效運作，成本非常低，處理大量交易，並且有強大的支持社區。”
XRP 目前是全球第三大非穩定幣加密貨幣，市值爲 1273 億 USD，已完成超過 40 億筆交易，挑戰跨境支付市場。
在美國，Bitwise 的基金是繼 Canary Capital 的 XRPC 之後的第二款現貨 XRP 產品，自上周推出以來已錄得 2.768 億 USD 的淨資金流入。Bitwise 之前還在歐洲推出了 Bitwise Physical XRP ETP (GXRP)，爲投資者提供了直接接觸 XRP 的機會。
Grayscale預計將在下周推出GXRP基金，以及Dogecoin ETF，這標志着第一次。Franklin Templeton也可能在11月24日推出XRP ETF。
這一舉動發生在美國目睹了跟蹤其他替代幣如Solana、Litecoin、Hedera的ETF浪潮的背景下。除了已經推出的基金，許多公司也在尋求推出跟蹤Cardano、Avalanche、Polkadot及其他幣種的基金，這得益於SEC的新指引簡化了審批流程。
現貨Solana ETF目前在基金數量和淨流入資金方面領先，自10月底以來已推出6只基金，吸引了總淨流入資金420.4百萬USD。
