ChainCatcher 消息，Strategy（MSTR）美股盤中跌超 11%，目前總市值約 448 億美元；目前該公司持有的比特幣總量爲 65 萬枚，總價值約 484 億美元，平均每枚比特幣的價格爲 74,436 美元。MSTR 已連續四個月收跌，其中 11 月下跌 34.26%。
此前消息稱，Strategy 公司宣布設立規模達 14.4 億美元的美元儲備金，專項用於支付優先股股息及現有債務利息。該儲備金資金來源於公司根據市場發行計劃出售 A 類普通股所獲收益。
目前 Strategy 需要支付 7.5 億美元的年度股息，這意味着 Strategy 擁有足夠的資金來支付 23 個月的股息。
