然而，市場評論員Zach Rector並不認同這一觀點。他最近在X上的一則貼文中，反駁了「只要《Clarity Act》尚未通過，XRP就會持續落後」的說法。為證明自己的觀點，他特別指出，即使在美國尚未出現監管改善之前，XRP過去也曾有過令人驚豔的價格飆升。
XRP在無法規情況下暴漲650%
以背景來看，XRP在去年大部分時間的交易價格為$0.5，但在2024年11月美國總統唐納德·川普勝選後，XRP出現爆炸性上漲。值得一提的是，儘管許多人認為拜登政府對加密貨幣不友善，XRP當月仍飆升了283%。
這波漲勢一直延續到2024年12月與2025年1月，XRP於2025年1月16日進一步上漲至$3.4。這從2024年11月的$0.5價格起計，漲幅高達580%，而這一切都發生在川普於2025年1月20日正式上任之前。
經過數月盤整後，XRP於2025年7月再度衝高至$3.66新高。根據Rector的說法，這代表漲幅達到650%。這位市場專家指出，這波漲勢是在「沒有任何法案」的情況下發生的，證明XRP在《Clarity Act》尚未通過時就已展現出強勁的成長潛力。
Rector表示，他認為其他市場評論員呼籲大家在《Clarity Act》通過前排除XRP大漲的可能性，或退出市場，是一種危險的做法。他建議，跟隨這類建議的人可能會錯失良機，或在XRP最終暴漲時僅持有少量XRP。
