以太坊創始人 Vitalik 在社交媒體發文回顧 2025 年時指出，以太坊已攻克行業長期存在的可擴展性三難困境，達成技術重大突破，但網路需在追逐投機趨勢與履行「中立世界計算機」初心間做出選擇。
他強調，2025 年的技術升級並非終點，而是反抗中心化訂閱制互聯網的基礎。
V 神宣稱，可擴展性三難困境（去中心化、安全性、可擴展性難以兼顧）的時代已終結，且已在實際運行程式碼中落地。
核心支撐源於兩大技術升級：PeerDAS 主網已啟用，ZK-EVM 已達生產級性能，仅剩安全檢查收尾。
二者融合使以太坊兼具去中心化、共識與高帶寬，既提升網路處理能力、減少瓶頸，也降低個人運行節點門檻，不犧牲去中心化設計，標誌著長達 10 年的技術攻堅圓滿落幕。
V 神將升級後的以太坊定位為對抗現代數位經濟中心化困境的力量，批判當前互聯網工具依賴第三方中介的脆弱性，提出「無人維護測試」基準，即便原始開發者消失，以太坊應用也應能無欺詐、無審查運行。
這要求網路與上層應用均實現全球可用性與真正去中心化，消除當前應用依賴中心化服務的漏洞。
V 神還公布 2030 年前路線圖：
2026 年將透過技術調整提高 gas 供應上限，開放 ZK-EVM 節點運行；
2026-2028 年將重新調整 gas 價格、遷移有效載荷至高效資料存儲方案「blobs」；
2027-2030 年 ZK-EVM 將成為區塊驗證主要方式，实现 gas 限額大幅提升，完成從複製模型到零知識證明系統的根本性轉變。
長期願景則是「分散式模組化」，透過分散區塊構建權力，降低中心化干預風險，保障全球用戶公平訪問網路。
V 神的表態既是技術進展報告，也是哲學修正：技術已消除中心化的工程藉口，後續關鍵在於社會是否利用這一力量構建通過「無人維護測試」的世界計算機，而非沉迷投機週期。
